Homemade pesto and pasta

50g pine nuts
80g basil
50g parmesan or vegetarian alternative
150ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves
300g Tipo 00 flour
3 eggs

Mix together your pasta dough following the instructions.
Leave to rest while you make your pesto.
Roll out your pasta dough with a rolling pin or using a pasta machine for a consistent thickness.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add a little salt.
Cook your pasta in the water for 3 minutes until cooked. Drain the water through a sieve.
Mix your pesto with the pasta. Adjust the seasoning. Eat hot or cold.
